Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is a collaborative process between the therapist and client, during which goals and potential solutions to the behavioural and/or emotional difficulties experienced by the client are identified.
Our therapists are experienced, warm, and empathetic individuals, who are passionate about the importance of mental health to optimal personal, academic, and vocational functioning.
We support individuals across the lifespan (including children, adolescents, and adults), using various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), emotion-focused therapy (EFT), and principles of dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT).
